Man, is this kid addicted to fabric or what? Oh, and her thumb is good, too. :)

An update on sitting ... Megan still topples, but much less frequently.

A Visit from Grandma Krollmann
Daddy went out of town for work, and Mommy was off for MKL Day ... so Grandma Krollmann used those as excuses to visit.
Grandma loved seeing how much her grandchildren had grown and changed since Christmas.

Megan Can Sit
Megan can sit! Granted, it doesn't necessarily last for very long before she does a face plant, but she can still do it. It also lasts a little longer if she doesn't get distracted by someone else jumping around the room. :)

Lucas Likes Hot Dogs!
After giving all of his hot dog pieces to Daddy, we finally convinced Lucas to actually try one. He licked it, then decided it was worth putting all the way in his mouth. After a bit of chewing, he smiled. We asked if he wanted all his hot dog pieces back, and he said "Yes!". Looks like Lucas is normal after all. Granted, he still prefers his vegetables and fruits ... :)

Shoveling the Snow
Lucas found a new purpose for his yard tools ... helping Daddy clean the snow off the driveway. The rake doesn't work so well, but the shovel does pretty good. That is, unless you fill the shovel with snow and toss it like Daddy does ... though not quite the same ... and it lands on your head instead of on the side of the driveway. Oops. Not to worry, we had plenty of snow for Lucas to practice with.

New Year's Day Dinner
I think this was our 10th or 11th annual New Year's Day Dinner. The biggest change was that we now have a kiddie table. The kids enjoyed getting even more presents and Mandi/Heather won the stiff pickle-finding competition. No group shot this year ... we'll have to remember to do that again next year.

Cincinnati ... Continued
While in Cincinnati, we got to hang out with some of Mommy and Daddy's friends. We didn't take many pictures, but here are a few ... Chris, Roman, Karen, Lucas, Jim, Megan, Shell, Josh and Val gather for a group shot ... Lucas enjoying his popsicle at Skyline ... Megan meeting Maeve (assisted by ChrisB & MK) ... and Mike playing trains with Lucas and Jack.
Another visit with the Krollmann family ... with activities from Bingo to napping to coloring with crayons that used to belong to Mommy.

And in one last attempt to see everyone before heading back home, we hung out with the Suttmann family one more time. Lots of holding the babies and just hanging out ... and a little evidence of why Grandma's bench works so well now (those grandsons sure are good with their tools!).
